Danny Gillis

Danny serves clients in the technology industry specializing in sales and marketing placements. In working with top management, boards of directors and the venture capital community he has been instrumental in recruiting key individuals for strategic roles as well as in structuring teams critical to the success of growth initiatives. Danny's practice also includes a specialization in assisting early stage companies.

Prior to founding Masonboro Partners, Danny was with Christian & Timbers (now CTPartners) based in Washington D.C., and served as a Director in their Technology practice. He founded and was the managing member of The Dawson Group, an executive search firm focused on building out sales and marketing teams for technology companies. His deep understanding of the technology industry's talent requirements was developed while holding senior sales positions with three leading companies: Oracle, Internet Security Systems and UUNET.
