What happens to my resume once I submit it to Masonboro Partners?

A search representative will call you within 48 hours if your background is a match for one of our current opportunities. If it is not, we will then store your Resume/CV in the Masonboro Partners database for future searches.


Will my resume be sent out to potential companies without my knowledge?

No. Your resume/CV will never leave our in-house database without prior consent from you. Your recruiter will work with you and discuss each job, company environment, hiring process etc.


Is there a fee involved in finding a position?

No, there is no fee to the applicant.


Does Masonboro Partners place only management?

No, we do not. We work with our clients to provide a full service solution that includes individual contributor roles. i.e., sales reps, sales engineers, product marketing, controllers etc
